CONSULTATION and SUPERVISION of SUPERVISION
Kristin Ryan Easley is an Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) who has been providing clinical supervision since 2002. She has a wide array of experience to assist you in your personal and professional growth. Kristin is passionate and thoroughly enjoys mentoring colleagues! Using an educational approach in a safe and engaging environment, she provides the knowledge, feedback and encouragement needed to grow in your own personal and professional style to be the best counselor you can be.
Consultation/Supervision of Supervision reimbursement remains relatively low to assist with accessibility.
-Newly licensed-- consultation is a great idea for those who need a little more time and guidance in their practice to build confidence by sharing ideas, receiving suggestions and recommendations (cost is lower than supervision).
-Consultation for Supervisors/Supervision of Supervision:
(a) brief consultation is commonly provided for people considering becoming a supervisor
(b) Supervision of supervision is provided for those newer to supervision. This special time provides more personal suggestions than a training provides and includes ongoing recommendations to sharpen your skills, develop expertise, confidence and competence in this important area of your supervision development
- Consultation for such things as work with clients, practice building, professional development, or clinical business development
