Workshops Trainings

Kristin Ryan Easley, of Grow Deep Counseling, LLC, is known for keeping her workshop groups smaller for dynamic interaction and learning in a comfortable, intimate and enjoyable setting. This remains true for in-person, face to face and online video trainings. All online workshops are synchronous (live).

Grow Deep Counseling, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No.7028. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Grow Deep Counseling, LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.

Kristin Ryan Easley has provided extensive training on various aspects of the clinical field. She is available for teaching, training and speaking engagements. She would love to speak with you about how she may assist your practice, community, group or church and how you may host such an event. Available for 1 hr to all day.

Common topics include:

-Assessment and management of suicide risk

-Ethics and Professional Issues (Not only the various codes. Numerous aspects of ethics such as wellness, self-care, compassion fatigue, burnout, values and value conflicts, understand & navigating professional boundaries, management of transference and counter-transference)

- Enhancing empathy and compassion

- Various aspects of clinical supervision (ethics, foundations, methods, supervisory relationship, professional identity, supervisor development, and documentation)

- Counseling process and theory

- Counseling skills for professionals, paraprofessionals and lay people

- Ethical integration of Christian faith with practice of professional counseling

CE certificates are provided the day of the training if in-person or within 10 days if online (available sooner if requested!). There is a $10 charge for the re-issuing of a CE certificate (such as for a lost certificate).

WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY:

Registrant Cancellation Policy (updated 7/1/2023) :

We hope you can attend the registered workshop. Unfortunately no refunds are provided.

Credit may be requested but only honored if it is able to be applied to a future date of any workshop within 1 year of the cancellation. Cancellation MUST occur before the workshop date. If cancellation is requested the day of, or after, the original confirmed workshop date, funds are forfeited.  If the credit is not utilized within 12 months, the credit is forfeited. Grow Deep Counseling, LLC does not provide a reminder for having and utilizing credit, or responsible for ensuring there is an available workshop within a 12 month period.

Presenter/Workshop Cancellation:

Grow Deep Counseling, LLC does not cancel trainings for low registration.

We also do all we can not to cancel for any reason knowing you have planned for, and set aside, that day.

But if presenter cancels for any reason, registrants may request a full credit of the amount paid to be applied to any future workshop within 1 year of the cancellation OR a full refund.
